The Complex of Natural Sciences Museum from Romania – Constantza Dolphinarium, public institution which held a 500 cubic meters indoor pool 2,5 meters deep with 300 places for visitors, inside the museum area, located by the Black Sea coast in Constanta, Mamaia, is interested to rent a group of trained sealions without trainers.
Animals (at least 3 adult individuals of Zalophus californianus, Artrocephalus australis or Otaria flavescens) should have a good level of training, no agresivity, no circus behavior, no offense on animal behavior and respect. Will be only 3 demonstrations a day with a minimum length of 30 minutes including the educational presentation from the begining.
The management of sea lions (presentation, demonstration, enrichment, feeding, etc) in Constantza Dolphinarium will be insured by the Dolphinarium staff, in accordance with the owner’s written recommendations. Recommendations will be received at the beginning of the contract.
Contract will be only for 2020 with a possibility of prolongation but also interruption due to building possibilities to the adiacent dolphinarium – wich might put us in situation to relocate the dolphin in the above mentioned pool.
